You call us to book a suitable repair date and pay a deposit of £75 which secures ramp time for your booking - See Terms and Conditions for more information.

You bring your vehicle to us in the morning.

We visually inspect the full driveline to identify if there are any other faults on the driveline.

We test drive your vehicle (If it is safe to do so).

We remove your propshaft from your vehicle.

We perform a bench assessment to identify what work is required.

We call you to advise of your options, including our recommended repair, complete with costs and time required.

Once receiving your authority, we carry out your repair.

Upon completion of the repair, we fit the propshaft back to your vehicle.

We test drive your vehicle.

We call you to return and collect your vehicle.

 

Our state-of-the-art reception/viewing room facilities are also available to customers who wish to wait while their repair is carried out.
